Basically you never grow up in your mother's eye. She always thinks that you are a child even though you have crossed your 25 (More than one quarter of your age). Let me share one embarassing story.
I was in 12th and I was studying physics (Collision). It was afternoon, when she came and asked, How do you take bath?? Your underwear never wets. That distinct & innocent voice broke my concentration and then I replied quickly, "The same way as you used to give me bath during my childhood". She realised her mistake and moved on and I kept on doing the same mistake. :)

BIHARI BOLI
LE BALAIYA, ee ka hua? Kahe albalaye huye hain? Etna narbhasane se Kuchchho nahin hoga (Omigosh, what's this? Why are you so flustered? Such nervousness won't help matters.
The inveterate linguist may scream at such an apparent contamination of Hindi language but the average Bihari simply loves to throw all narrow parameters of grammar to the winds. For them, the funnier they are, the better their adaptability is into their inimitable lingua franca. Over the years, Biharis have invented a language, which has an Unmistakable stamp of their own. In recent times, its popularity has travelled far and wide beyond the borders of the State and many screen heroes, including Amitabh Bachchan, have mouthed Bihari cliches with characteristic élan- a far cry from the days when it was thought to be an infra dig of sorts for anybody other than country bumpkins and unscrupulous politicians to perpetrate such "verbal atrocities". All that, however, is passé now. Bihari Boli is sweeter than honey now not only in Bollywood but also on the campuses of prestigious universities and IITs across the country.Words like harbaraye, garbaraye, bargalaye, thartharaye and dhanmanaye which would have sounded Greek to outsiders earlier are being used with gay abandon by the hep youngsters there.Sobriquets laced with double entendres like "garda", bawaal and dhuan denoting the varying degree of a girl's beauty and sex appeal can be heard not only in Patna University colleges but also faraway Fergusson College in Pune. Moreover, a-go, dugo, teengo and chaartho type of numerology which was a matter of disdain not long ago is being accepted even by the stiff upper-lips without any qualms. So, notes sarka do(pass on the notes)","batti buta do (put out the lights)", Principal ko harka do(bamboozle the principal), burbak
kahin ka (you stupid fellow!),humto biga gaye(I was thrown out)and Hum to huan thebe kiye the (I was very much there)are some of the expressions which have conveniently made their way into the otherwise prim-and-propah St Stephens, New Delhi. Similarly, coinages like dhakiyaye (shoved), mukiyaye(punched), and latiyaye(kicked) are the current rage. Hiyan (here),huan(there),kahe(why), enne (this way) and onne (that way) are someof other typical words, which are spoken rather nonchalantly by so-called educated lot in the State. One, therefore, does not get surprised if one hears tanikke for little, nimman for good, anhar for darkness and ejor for lights. For them, colloquial language need not be tied to any narrow rules. E topicwa par maatha khapane se kuchchho nahi hoga (nothing is tocome out of this topic),as one wit commented. Among many characteristics of this language are its terms of endearment.Seldom does one hear people on the streets calling each other by their real names. Raju automatically becomes Rajua,Pappu turns into Pappua, "Manish" to "Manishwa", Rajesh into Rajeshwa and Shatrughna at best Satrohna. This potpourri of all Bihari dialects has also coined new terms for human anatomy which would baffle an FRCP if he were to land here straight from Edinburgh. Here gor means legs, moori is substitute to head, ongree is equivalent to finger, thor denotes lips and kapar is synonymous with forehead. This language also has more onomatopoeic words that probably any other. Words like tapak se, gapak se, and japak se can be understood by listening to their phonetical sounds. No longer is Bihari language associated with a few howlers like eskool (school)",teeshan(station) and singal (signal)only. There are certain
words which carry the precise meaning but Which cannot be properly substituted by any word in other languages. Machchar bhambhor liya is probably is one such example. Bhambhorna is a super word, which means the collective assault of mosquitoes to "bhambhor" you. But then, one might argue, where else do you find somany mosquitoes to bhambhor you. Right from Laloo Prasad Yadav, whoemerges as the best speaker of his ghar ki boli to Shekhar Suman, everybody loves to flaunt his native command of the language. Earlier, Biharis were notorious for atrocious gender sense and shoddypronunciation. Now, the same traits have become the tour de force of their conversation. The time has certainly come to raise ekadhgo (one or two) toast to the longevity of the Biharilanguage. "Teengo" cheers to that!

Jagjit Singh and Nida Fazali
This song is special. Truely written by Mr. Nida Fazali and melodiously sung by Mr. Jagjit Singh. It was casing break at rig and we, Hampton Ledget & me, were busy with surfing the internet. I was listening this song and I was playing this song repeatedly. After sometime, Hampton, My colleague & an american guy, asked me.....Amit, What kind of song you are listening...Man It's so peaceful...It gives me divine feeling even though I don't understand the song....Can you tell me the meaning of the song? I told him and he took all the song of Jagjit Singh.... and I was like proud Indian.....Thanks Jagjit Singh not only to make me proud, but to give me divine feelings....I think essence of life lies in divine feeling.....

Coincidence
If a coincidence is mere a coincidence, then it wouldn’t have named as coincidence. Just think about it that if it hasn’t got any value in future, then why did it happen with you? The answer is simple that it has got some futuristic value. It’s not just a coincidence rather it’s pre-planned. Let me tell you an interesting story.
It was first year in ISM. I was in Library, where I rarely used to go. I went to see journal section and I found one magazine “Yoga”. I took one copy of that and started going through pages and then suddenly stuck on one topic “Attitudinal Yoga”. The article was quite fascinating. I was so impressed by the article that I noted it down in my diary.
The article said, “you can follow Bhakti Yoga or you can follow Hath Yoga or You can perform too many meditation techniques, but its your attitude by which you present yourself to the outer world. Any form of yoga will never change your attitude. It’s your own thinking and it’s your own will, which will determine your attitude”.
Isn’t it fascinating?? It was the best article I had ever read on Yoga. I saw that magazine was published from Munger and after that I never touched that magazine again. After one year, Yoga Society of ISM celebrated Yoga Week and they called One Sanyasi Swami Niranjananand for speech. The yoga teacher of ISM said that he lives in Munger.
Damn God!! Was he the same person who wrote that article?? I went to see the library curiously. Jesus, he is the same guy. What a coincidence!! I never thought that I would meet that guy. He was coming to ISM. I was quite keen to listen his speech, but alas because of exam I couldn’t be able to attend whole session. Nevertheless I went to listen his speech for 20 min. and then I took Diksha after two days.
I don’t hesitate to accept that he gives me lots of strength especially at difficult times. It’s quite amazing the way he heals me. You remember him and you are out of worries. It’s quite amusing looking back. The Guru came in my life through an article. Coincidence is not just a coincidence. It’s conspiracy of God. You just need to understand this.

Farewll Moment : ISM, I miss you
Haste Gate ab to yaron apana ye din bit gaya,
kya khoya kya paya yaron ab to ISM chhut gaya.
> for institutes,>
Ghar se door ek ghar ko paya
Maa se door ek maa ko paya
har taraf tera pataka hum to ooncha rakhenge,
tera lal rang to mata apane lahu main daurenge
par teri gaud main meri maiya apana ye din bit gaya,
kya khoya kya paya yaron ab to ISM chhut gaya.
> for teachers,>
Tere hathon se humlog din-rat sanvarate rahe,
Tere gusse main bhi guru-var hum to pyar pate rahe,
path jo tune padhayi hai use sine se lagayenge
tere pyar ki thapaki main ab apana ye din bit gaya,
kya khoya kya paya yaron ab to ISM chhut gaya.
> for juniors,>
Tum jo the to kabhi gam na hua,
Apana ye pyar bhi kabhi kam na hua,
Aate-jate dino main chhotu teri yaad satayegi,
Aur jane anjane main tumko apani yaad bhi aayegi,
Tere pyar ki mithi chhanva main apana ye din bit gaya,
kya khoya kya paya yaron ab to ISM chhut gaya.
> for batchmates,>
4 sal hum sang-sang khele,
Sang-sang nache sang-sang jhume,
Har sukh aur har dukh ko humne miljul ke hai bant liya,
kathinayi ke chhanon main humne ekduje ka sath diya,
Ab jo khushiyan aayengi dil tujhako hi dhundhega,
Gam ki rat jo aayegi najaren tujhako hi payegi,
Dosti ki ye khunak chandani main apana ye din bit gaya,
kya khoya kya paya yaron ab to ISM chhut gaya.

Cultural Shock
Culture shock is a term used to describe the anxiety and feelings (of surprise, disorientation, confusion, etc.) felt when people have to operate within an entirely different cultural or social environment, such as a foreign country. It grows out of the difficulties in assimilating the new culture, causing difficulty in knowing what is appropriate and what is not. Often this is combined with strong disgust (moral or aesthetical) about certain aspects of the new or different culture - WIKIPEDIA
This is a story of a guy namely "Akki" from ISM, Dhanbad. Let me start his story from Final Year. Akki was in Final Year and it was most happening year of his four years stay at ISM. He worked hard in all previous six semesters and secured 8th rank in branch. He tried his best to be the topper but barely managed to be 8th ranker. Apart from better than average academic record, He had good communication skill. His extra-curricular activities @ Ramdhani, Canteen and Library were more than enough to get selected in MNC. Although he wished, but he never imagined that he would be in the list of best company. The first job was in abroad. He got sky-high package and it was a matter of discussion in campus. Soon he became a famous guy and his glamour intensified more, when he became Mr. Srijan. Akki was more than happy when he was leaving the college. He thanked to ISM for all his happiness.
Akki's mother was quite concerned as he was going abroad first time. She reminded him to eat healthy foods and warned him not to marry Videshi Mam. Honeymoon phase was about to start. His posting was in Egypt and he whishpered, "Pyramid here I come." He landed in Egypt safely. He was a perfect stranger in an unknown city. All the time his ear was listening Arabic language, which he tried to understand unsuccessfully. Egypt was totally different country from India. He was quite fascinated by differences. He joined the company and started learning the technology. He liked each and every application of engineering basics, which he studied in ISM. He found that some colleagues are not that much educated as he was. Initially it was hurting his ego, but soon he realised that common sense is mother of every knowledge. Whosoever has it gets success in life.
He settled down himself very well after three months. He learnt functionality of each tools and every application was just mere a repetition. Repetition started bringing boredom, although it was bringing perfection. He was learning minute aspect of the job, but he was feeling bored. Very few Indians were there in other department. He rarely talked to them. There were some Egyptians friends, but he couldn't be able to enjoy that much as he used to in ISM. Life in Egypt started looking hell. He felt that what he would do with all these money if he couldn't be able to enjoy. He started suffering from Egypto-fobia.
Life is a paradox. It never appreciates what it has got and always craves for what it hasn't got. Akki was suffering from cultural shock and he never studied anywhere how to get rid of cultural shock. As a matter of fact that Cultural shock can cost your happiness, but no university seems to be telling us how to survive in unknown city. It intensifies more in a country where you don't find Indians. It multiplies more when very few people understand your second language i.e English and you don't understand the language of that country. You find yourself secluded and you get actually a cultural shock. There are couple of techniques, which will be quite useful during that stage, although it's personal opinion.
1. Meditate and stay happy in presence of yourself only. All of our life, we try to find happiness from other object. Sometimes from friend, sometimes from family and most of the time from girl/boy friend or better half. Sometimes we must stay happy for just being ourselves only. Meditation brings greatest form of happiness.
2. Mingle with different people quickly. It will not only enhance your PR skill, but also keep you away from boredom and your personal relation will help you a lot in long term of career. Make Friends. By Having friends you can talk to. There is no way to stay happy without mingling with others.
3. Love your work passionately. Look for minute aspects of the job even though it's looks like mere repetition. This will not only enhance your understanding about the job, but also gives an edge over your competitor.
4. Listen to Good Music. Music has a power to mould the heart in specific direction. Please don't listen to sad songs. It will unnecessarily mould your heart towards sadness. Make sure you carry some good music collection.
The basic idea is to stay happy in order to stay away from Cultural Shock. I hope that above techniques should work for you. If it doesn't work then find your own way to stay happy. If you can’t then quit and join in India. Stay Happy and stay away from Cultural Shock.

Beyond Wisdom
O My Mother Cow,
I thank to God
For not giving you Wisdom
That’s why perhaps
You know how to love
And how to be in love.
I always saw you
Accepting love
From Everyone
Without seeing their
Sex, Skin and Virtue.
You embrace them equally.
We do have wisdom
That makes us wisest creation
Why did we forget to love?
Why do we look for
Sex, Skin and Virtue
Why do we have
Infinite races in
A single Mankind!!!
If you don’t mind then
Let me go beyond wisdom
Where there will be You and Me
As a same spirit
And nothing else
Will be in between.
Where there will be
A complete silence
No motion, Only emotion
Time will be still till
We will be the same divine.
Come my Love, Come
Let’s Go beyond Wisdom.
I thank to God
For not giving you Wisdom
That’s why perhaps

Do the Honour, Don’t be late
Eternally Undefined
Why do we cry?
When somebody die
That too for two days
Then everything becomes all right
Why do we die?
When we don’t opt to die
Why don’t we find the Truth?
Is everything all right?
Why do we cry for happiness?
Why don’t we cry to cry?
Why do we pray for gladness?
When it precedes the sadness.
Why do we miss the loved one?
When they live inside heart
Why do I feel her
In every breath
When she remains
Eternally undefined.
When somebody die
That too for two days
Then everything becomes all right
Why do we die?
When we don’t opt to die
Why don’t we find the Truth?
Is everything all right?
Why do we cry for happiness?
Why don’t we cry to cry?
Why do we pray for gladness?
When it precedes the sadness.
Why do we miss the loved one?
When they live inside heart
Why do I feel her
In every breath
When she remains
Eternally undefined.

Theory Of Relativity
Father,
Look at the Tree
Look at the House
Why do they move,
When I move.
Why are they stationary
When I stand still.
Son,
It’s the theory of relativity.
You look at the world
From your own perspective
Things appear to you the way
You want to see them
Outer world is Manifestation of yourself.
One day, they will stop moving
And you will think that
You have obtained certitude
But that’s just
Change of Reference Frame
You want to see yourself wise
That’s why they don’t move
Then What’s truth?
Whether they move or don’t
Moving or Standing Still
Depends on reference frame and
Reference frame is mere illusion
It reveals the same thing differently
Truth lies beyond Reference Frame
Go beyond the frame of reference
You will come to know that
Everything is made up of same divine
Ephemeral feelings will never delude you
And you will be the same divine.
Look at the Tree
Look at the House
Why do they move,
When I move.
Why are they stationary
When I stand still.

Aim of Life
When I said Hello to this world first time,
He, The Eternal, Said, Welcome Back Spirit!
Here Your Journey Begins Again.
The same Limitless Ocean, and
Two Endless paths, Success & Failure
Are eagerly waiting to meet their Old Friend.
The aim of Journey will be to recognize me
And then you and I will be the same spirit.
You will be taking either of those two paths
Depending upon which force surrounds you,
Positivism or Negativism
Forces will try to control you separately
And hence you will fluctuate between
Two paths, Success & Failure!
Remember, The day you will control the forces
You will be on the desired path.
These two forces will depend upon activities
Which you will perform on the way.
Control the Activities
And hence Control the Forces
You will be on the desired path.
But don’t forget your aim.
Path is quite capricious.
Path will look like Destination.
There is no destination on endless path.
My Love,
Recognize yourself!
Be Amit (Infinity) in True Sense.
Be Eternal Amit!!!
