Question for You

Friends,
I have very strange & stupid question for you. Actually loneliness sometimes makes you crazy. It was hot afternoon and I was going to rig. My car was passing through a city. There is no one out there as it’s very hot. City looks like a city of dead. You feel as if you are alone in a city. This feeling evoked a very interesting & difficult question in my mind. Had I been all alone on this earth planet, what would have been my aim of life? You are all alone on planet. There is no human or other species there. What would have been your aim of life?
I found very difficult to answer, but it’s very interesting to imagine that you are all alone and wondering even for aim. And then you realize that how easy it is to decide when void spaces are filled with other humans and a society. You have a different aim when you are all alone and then you have altogether different aim when you live with other people in a society.
What would have been your aim buddy if you had been all alone on this planet?

Insomnia & Yognindra
Yognindra is an ancient technique to expand your awareness. It is said that Bhagwan Vishnu is sleeping in Yognindra. Yognindra is a practice, which teaches us how to sleep with awareness. It’s a very fabulous technique.
I was suffering from Insomnia. I usually had good sleep and hardly found difficult to sleep. But for last 10 days, it was hard to get sleep. Even though I slept after couple of hours, I used to wake up after 4-5 hours and there was no sleep afterwards. Then I remembered the technique of Yoganindra. Well, I never slept with full awareness in Yoganindra (which is when u accomplish the techinique), but the good thing was that I slept. I slept like a baby. 10 hours in row. I cant tell you how happy I am. So lets delve into technique of Yoganindra.
Lie down on bed. Keep feet 1 ft apart. Palm facing upward beside your body. Just relax with deep abdominal breathing. Just relax for 5 min. Now concentrate on all kind of available sound. Move your awareness from one sound to other without bothering about from where it is coming. Keep doing the same for 5-10 min. Now bring your awareness to right side of your body. Start with thumb. Imagine thumb. Then Index finger, then middle finger, Ring finger, little finger. Now total Palm. Then move your awareness to elbow and then to shoulder joint. Now imagine total right hand. Now move to right leg. Imagine every toe one by one. Then move up to hips imagining every joint in leg one by one.
Do the same for left side of the body. Whenever you imagine any part of body, feel as if you are relaxing that part of body. Now start from upper part of body. Start with forehead, eyes, nostrils, lips, chin, neck, chest, stomach, then go down to feet. Do the same for back. Start from head and go down to feet.
Now bring your awareness to forehead. We call it “Chidakash”. There are different things which you can do at this point. You can visualize sky, clouds, and stars. Let me tell you what I do that point. I mentally chant any Mantra that point. Gayatri or Mahamrityunjay. Chant mentally 11 or 21 or 51 times. You will find as your awareness slips, it will be difficult to chant mantra mentally. Words will be difficult to pronounce mentally. When you finish chanting mantra, then start counting your breath. Inhalation and Exhalation is counted as one. Count from 1 to 100 and come back to 1. Now Yognindra is over now. You can move your body. Forgot to tell you that don’t move you body while performing Yognindra.
If you keep doing Yognindra, you will have different kind of Divine Feelings. Don’t disclose to anyone. Keep it secret. That’s it.

Love
The wise are wise only because they love. And the foolish are foolish only because they think they can understand love.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Love is always new. Regardless of whether we love once, twice or a dozen times in our life, we always face a brand new situation. Love can consign us to hell or to paradise, but it always takes us somewhere. We simply have to accept it, because it is what nourishes our existence. If we reject it, we die of hunger, because we lack the courage to strech out a hand and pluck the fruit from the tree of life.We have to take love wherever we find it, even if that means hours, day weeks of disappointment and sadness.
The Moment we begin to seek love, love begins to seek us........And to save us.
